The company was established in 1994 and it is specialized in the construction of buildings in different climatic and geographical conditions. Nowadays, the buildings built in the Republic of Bulgaria are located in the town of Ruse, along the Black Sea coast, the city of Sofia, Rila mountain, Stara Planina mountain where the diverse characteristic peculiarities (loessial soils, high ground waters, seismic requirements etc.) require specific construction equipment and technology of which the company avails. Until today the company has built and put into exploitation more than 50 000 sq.m. of residential, office and multi-functional buildings on the territory of the entire country.

The company is registered in the Central Professional Construction Register, according to the requirements of the Construction Chamber Act for building of residential and mixed buildings with high density, buildings and facilities for public service with unfolded built-up area of above 5000 sq.m. or capacity from 200 to 1000 seats for visitors. As at the beginning of 2009 the company hires about 100 persons of technical and subsidiary staff and it has capacity (shuttering, construction mechanization etc.) for simultaneous construction of sites of above 100 000 sq.m of unfolded built-up area.
